Services

The Coach's First Funnel is a custom done-for-you service that includes the setup and delivery of a complete funnel system inside Systeme.io. The scope of work, deliverables, pricing, and timeline are described on the relevant sales page.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Work will begin once payment has been received and the client has submitted the onboarding questionnaire and required materials.

Delivery

The standard delivery timeline is 7 days from receipt of the completed onboarding questionnaire and all required client materials. Delays caused by missing information, content, approvals, or technical access requirements may extend the delivery timeline.

Refund Policy

Because The Coach's First Funnel is a custom done-for-you build, refunds are not available once work has begun, defined as the point at which Quietly Digital has started designing or building any element of the funnel after receiving the completed onboarding questionnaire.

However, you are fully protected in two important ways:

• If you change your mind within 24 hours of purchase and have not yet submitted your onboarding questionnaire, you may request a full refund.

• Once work has begun, one revision round is included to ensure the finished funnel reflects your business, voice, and goals.

The onboarding process is designed to capture your messaging accurately from the beginning, and most clients require minimal revisions.

If Quietly Digital fails to deliver the agreed service or misses a committed deliverable without reasonable cause, every effort will be made to resolve the situation fairly and professionally.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all required content, information, login access, and approvals in a timely manner.

Quietly Digital is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete or delayed client submissions.

Results Disclaimer

While funnels, systems, and email sequences are built using proven marketing principles, no guarantees are made regarding specific business results, sales, leads, revenue, or client acquisition.

Business success depends on many factors outside the control of Quietly Digital.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of all content they provide.

Upon full payment and project completion, clients receive full rights to the custom funnel assets created specifically for their business.

Limitation of Liability

Quietly Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services, systems, or marketing materials provided.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
