•    Information shared during strategy calls or in emails.

•    Pages visited, time spent on pages, and links clicked.

We use your information to deliver the services you have purchased, send you the lead magnet you signed up for, send relevant emails about funnels, AI tools, business systems, and our offers, respond to inquiries and provide customer support, improve our website, content, and services, and comply with legal obligations.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share information with trusted service providers we use to operate our business, including Systeme.io for email marketing, funnels, and course delivery, Stripe and PayPal for payment processing, Google for Google Analytics and Google Workspace, Meta for advertising platforms, and other tools we use to run Quietly Digital.

These providers have their own privacy policies and process your information only as needed to provide their services.

We may also share information with legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights. We never share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. International data transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the EEA, including in the United States. When we transfer your data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

•    Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe, after which we retain minimal records for compliance purposes only.

•    Clients: for the duration of our working relationship and up to 7 years afterward for accounting and legal compliance.

•    Strategy call attendees: for up to 12 months after the call, unless you become a client.

10. Data security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, secure hosting, and limited access to personal data.

No method of online transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's privacy
